Compliance guidance, not legal advice. These tools cannot promise carrier approval. They read a playbook. They do not call carrier APIs or file a registration.

What's included

Thirteen read-only tools. Filing steps and fee figures are copied from the vendored playbook. Fee amounts come only from the seeded pricing comparison.

Skill and templates

  • get_skill Full 10DLC skill, including intake. Does not include carrier fee tables.
  • list_templates Template ids and titles.
  • get_template One template by id or alias: brand, campaign, consent, stop, help, intake, tracker, or triage.
  • get_contract_clauses Draft MSA language for counsel, including no carrier-approval guarantee. Not legal advice.

Vertical risk and preflight

  • assess_vertical_risk Risk level, whether the filing is high-rejection and possibly non-remediable, and a next step: proceed with evidence, escalate, or do not file.
  • get_client_intake Intake fields. The EIN stays operator-held. Examples use XX-XXXXXXX.
  • get_intake_preflight Missing-evidence gap list. Decision is blocked, ready, or do_not_file.
  • checklist_preflight Filing order after intake is ready: brand, then campaign, then consent, then submit.
  • get_rejection_fixes Rejection themes and fixes from skill section 6.

Case operations

  • get_case_tracker Tracker columns and statuses. The sheet is a spreadsheet, not a database.
  • get_isolation_notes Number pools, onboard and offboard, Telnyx Managed Account, and the 30-day cooling period.
  • get_pricing_overview Seeded Bandwidth, Twilio, Telnyx, and SaaS tier figures only. Does not invent fees.
  • get_rejection_triage Rejection worksheet. Non-remediable content escalates to a human.

How it works

  1. Subscribe

    Pick Starter, Pro, or Enterprise. Each plan is billed monthly in USD, plus tax.

  2. Get a key

    After checkout, the success page shows an API key once. The server stores only a hash. Refreshing that page does not show the key again.

  3. Add the endpoint

    Put the config below in .cursor/mcp.json or another MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP. Replace the bearer token with the key from the success page. Do not commit the key.

Send the key as Authorization: Bearer on every request to https://smsmcp.internettechnologyservices.com/mcp. The key works while the Stripe subscription is active or trialing.

CSP, TCR, vetting, campaign-review, monthly campaign, and carrier fees are pass-through on every plan. They are not included in $49, $199, or $499. Monthly quotas are not enforced. HTTP 429 means wait and retry.

Free open-source skill

The public skill is the free option: moneyshotkid/agent-sms-compliance. It is the source of truth for the playbook. The hosted MCP is the paid upgrade: the same playbook, served over HTTPS with an API key, without a copy of this private server repository.

FAQ

What is an MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a way for an AI client to call tools on a server. This product is a hosted MCP server. The endpoint speaks Streamable HTTP.

Which clients work?

Cursor, and any other MCP client that can send Streamable HTTP requests with a custom Authorization header. The config above is the Cursor mcp.json shape. Hosted access does not use a local stdio process.

How do I cancel?

Cancel the Stripe subscription. The API key stops working when the subscription is canceled or unpaid. If you cancel at the end of the billing period, the key keeps working until Stripe ends the subscription. Deleting the subscription stops the key as well.

Are registration fees included?

No. Brand, vetting, campaign review, monthly campaign, and carrier fees are pass-through at CSP cost, on top of the subscription. Re-check the CSP articles cited in the pricing comparison before quoting a client. The tools do not invent fees.

Is this legal advice?

No. The tools give compliance guidance from the playbook. They are not legal advice, and they cannot promise carrier approval. Draft contract language is for counsel to review.
